Artisan Vendor Terms & Conditions
In our fifth year of production, we invite you to help us grow South Whidbey Island's premier 3-day music and arts festival August 15-17, 2025 at the Whidbey Island Fairgrounds and Events Center. Come enjoy the splendor of Whidbey’s summertime vibes of live music, savory foods and refreshing drink, and share your offerings with an engaged and lively group of festival-goers. Camping is available and complementary for all vendors.
Artisan Vendors Fees:
10x10 booth fee - $125 plus 10% commission
10x20 booth fee - $200 plus 10% commission
• Applications close April 15, 2025. Acceptances will be made no later than May 15, 2025. Booth fees are due within 30 days of acceptance.
• All vendors are required to have the City of Langley’s Temporary Vendor Permit for LittleBIGFest Music and Arts Festival 8/15-17, 2025. Please submit permit application to the City at least 60 days prior to the event.
• All vendors are required to hold dated insurance with Little Big Fest named as "additionally insured".
• Load in and Set up from 8am-2pm Friday August 15, 2025
• All Vendors must have their booth open for business during the Festival hours of 3-9pm Friday, 12-9pm Saturday/Sunday
• NO booths may be taken down prior to 10pm Sunday (after last outdoor band)
• All booths must be tented and staked.
• All booths will be prepared for the possibility of rapidly changing weather conditions such as wind, rain or bright sun.
• All booths must be decorated and lit with small white lights to reflect the festival theme.
• All booths must provide their own energy source for lights, and equipment. Solar and battery operated devices are recommended. No generators, please.
• Tents must be walled and zipped up after festival hours.
• Camping is available to all Vendors at no cost. (No camping in vendor tents.)
• Load out Sunday after outdoor band-10pm and Monday morning from 9am to Noon.
24-hour security is provided during festival weekend. However, please remember that your booth and your belongings remain your responsibility.
LittleBIGFest Music and Arts Festival is not responsible for:
Claims for any damage to or loss of artwork and/or crafts incurred while exhibiting at LittleBIGFest 2024
• Claims for product liability
• Claims for personal injury
