Food Vendor Terms & Conditions

In our sixth year of production, we invite you to participate in South Whidbey Island's premier 3-day music and arts festival August 14-16, 2026 at the Whidbey Island Fairgrounds and Events Center 819 Camano Ave, Langley, WA 98260. Come enjoy the splendor of Whidbey’s summertime vibes of live music, savory foods and refreshing drink, and share your offerings with an engaged and lively group of festival-goers. Tent camping is available and complementary for all vendors. RV Camping is available at a discounted rate.

*$25 application fee is required for consideration. You will be directed to pay the app fee after you fill out the application.

Food Vendors: 10x10 booth space - $175 plus 10% commission
Food truck: $250 plus 10% commission. 

• Application deadline is May 1st, 2026. Acceptances will be made on a rolling basis. We will bill you for your booth fees, which are due within 30 days of acceptance.

• All vendors are required to have the City of Langley’s Temporary Vendor Permit for LittleBIGFest Music and Arts Festival August 14-16, 2026.

• All Food Vendors must have all valid permits and licenses at least 60 days prior to the event.  

• All vendors are required to hold dated insurance with Little Big Fest named as "additionally insured".

• Load in and set up from 7am-12pm Friday August 14th, 2026. Food vendors must be set up by 12pm and be prepared for sign-off by the health department.

• All Food Vendors will be available during Festival hours to accommodate a fluctuating schedule of hours. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Late Night shifts will be determined prior to Festival start.

• All Food Vendors must be in self-sustaining units: trucks or tents.

• All Booths must be decorated and lit with small white lights to reflect the festival theme. 

• Electricity will be provided to all Food Vendors.

• Tent camping is available to all Vendors at no cost. RV Camping is available at a discounted rate. (No camping in vendor tents.)

• Load out Sunday after 12 midnight and Monday morning from 9am on. 

24-hour security is provided during festival weekend. However, please remember that your booth and your belongings remain your responsibility.

LittleBIGFest Music and Arts Festival is not responsible for:

• Claims for any damage to or loss of inventory incurred while exhibiting at LittleBIGFest 2026

• Claims for product liability

• Claims for personal injury
